ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2023 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative remedy of filing a representation before the Principal Secretary under Rule 32 (vii) Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.
2. The present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the Principal Secretary shall pass consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with
Patna High Court CWJC No.1565 of 2020(4) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the said representation. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
