JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to grant the benefit of 1st & 2nd Assured Career Progression (referred to as ACP herein after) to the petitioner according to the ACP Rules, 2003 and 3rd Modified Assured Career Progression as per MACP Rules, 2010 together with arrears of salary.

(ii). For issuance of necessary direction upon the respondent authorities for payment of revised

Patna High Court CWJC No.2304 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 pension and other retiral benefits after grant of ACP/MACP and pay the differential amount of pension and other retiral benefits."

At the outset, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 2, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
