Petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs directing the respondents to pay the legal dues amounting to Rs.3,00,60,123/- (Rupees Three Crore Sixty Thousand One Hundred Twenty Three) with interest at the rate of 12% per annum to the petitioner without further delay which has been retained as liquidity damage due to delay supply of 38 Mobile Outreach and Therapy Van to the respondents and or to grant any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is

After the mater was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner will be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.

It stands clarified that all issues of fact and law are left open.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
