The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 272, 273, 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act. 140 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that there are three other cases of similar nature also against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 19.08.2014 i.e. for more than one year. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
