It is informed by the petitioner that now the girl has returned to her parental house and, as such, this writ application, which was filed for direction to the respondent authorities to produce the girl, has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of. However, the second relief is also there seeking
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.327 of 2017 (3) dt.24-03-2017 direction to the respondents to complete the investigation. Since the girl has returned and already Sasaram (Model) Town Police Station Case No. 812 of 2016 has been instituted, let proper investigation be done by the concerned authority and the matter be brought to its logical conclusion in accordance with law expeditiously.
