JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as also heard learned counsel, appearing for the informant. Petitioners are named in the first information report on the ground that 15 days prior to the alleged occurrence, they had given threatening to the deceased due to land dispute. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that in course of investigation, the witnesses supported the above-said story and claimed to have seen the petitioners in the vicinity of the place of occurrence, prior to the alleged occurrence and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12227 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 Accordingly, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dumra P.S.
