Petitioner was neither Mukhiya nor Panchayat Secretary at the relevant time and admittedly, he is languishing in jail custody since 06. 02.2015 and the investigation of this case has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.Case No. 293 of 2014.
