The petitioner is in custody since 21.1.2015 in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No.8 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 8(C)/20 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of contraband items not from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather from the tempo in which he was travelling. Considering the aforementioned submissions and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Katihar, in
