Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of I.P.C. Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2018.

The report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that the trial is not taking any progress due to Covid-19 effect. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and the fact that trial is not likely to conclude in near future, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
