The petitioner, being husband of the complainant, is in jail custody since 28-11-2014 in a case in which, cognizance has been taken u/Ss 323, 379, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 214 (C) of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif.
