JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner had prayed for quashing the first information report of Sarai P. S. Case No. 137 of 2016 but on completion of investigation, the police have already submitted charge-sheet in the case and the court below has taken cognizance of the offence.
In view of the submissions made above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
