The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant alleged that his sister was married to Ramjit Rai and he came to know that due to non-fulfillment of demand motorcycle, his sister was killed and her dead body was concealed. The informant has not made any specific allegation of demand of dowry or torture against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.01.2015.
Considering the facts that the petitioner being the mother-in-law of the deceased has remained in jail for eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14071 of 2015 (5) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014.
