Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 03.04.2018 passed in CWJC NO. 13360 of 2010 has been complied.

Mr. Sushil Kr. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it has not been complied fully but the petitioners will prefer an appropriate application for other claims. If the petitioners prefer an application for redressal of their grievances, the authorities may consider their claims in accordance with law.
