JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two persons were caught by the informant while they were carrying illicit liquor. The aforesaid persons disclosed the name of the petitioner and subsequently, the house of the petitioner was raided from where 26 litres country made liquor, 89 litres Mahua Chowa and some other apparatus were recovered for which petitioner is in jail custody since 02.01.2016. However, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
