KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-02-2021 The present appeal is directed against the judgment dated 27.11.2008 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22071 of 2013, titled as Laxmi Choudhary Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

On 06.03.2020, we had passed the following order: "Despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.9 of 2019(4) dt.18-02-2021 2/2 In the interest of justice, matter is adjourned. List this case in the Case Bank Cause List, in its category, on its turn, commencing from 06.07.2020." Today also, despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the appellant.

It appears that with the passage of time the appellant has lost interest in pursuing the matter.

We notice that even before the learned Single Judge none had entered appearance for the petitioner. As such, we dispose of the present appeal reserving liberty to the appellant to move an appropriate application or revive the application in accordance with law, if so required and desired.
