The matter relates to termination of TalimiMarkaj/Shiksha Samiti vide order dated 25.01.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19143 of 2018(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already held out that the order dated 25.01.2018 was passed without compliance of natural justice and on that basis, the writ application was allowed and the order was quashed. Considering the aforesaid, the present writ application is allowed in terms of C.W.J.C. No. 9527 of 2018 dated 09.09.2019 and Annexure-11 is quashed.
