Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1944 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated. The allegations levelled are false and baseless. Moreover, it is submitted that petitioner has made payment of Rs. 5,40,000/- in compliance of the order of the Family Court for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3871 of 2020(12) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 grant of maintenance, as stated in the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner is ready to comply the orders passed by the Family Court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1944 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
