The petitioners are languishing in custody since 01.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioners that they purchased the stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and bonafidely they purchased the motorcycle without knowing it is stolen one. Moreover, the ownership with regard to the motorcycle was not transferred in the name of the petitioners.

No.7701 of 2015 (02) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 513 of 2014.
