JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner regarding appointment on compassionate ground has been rejected and a reasoned order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Samastipur dated 02.01.2019, in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.09.2018 passed in CWJC no. 14733 of 2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present contempt petition, however seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 02.01.2019.
