2. The controversy involved in the case appears to have been sorted out by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj withdrawing his order, which is impugned dated 31.05.2016, and further directing the authorities to accept the joining of the petitioners and also make payment of salary and for them to be registered on-line for training.

3. In view thereof, the cause of action no longer remaining, the writ petitions stand disposed off.

4. It goes without saying that if the order is not actually implemented, the petitioners shall have liberty to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
