In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Saksohara P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 420 of the IPC.

As per allegation, having seen the police personnel, the petitioner began to flee away but was apprehended after a little chase. He disclosed that he had purchased that motorcycle from someone for consideration money of Rs. 10,000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent. He is a bonafide purchaser of that motorcycle. He is under custody since

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, District- Patna in connection with Saksohara P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) If it is detected that the petitioner is involved in any other case except the present one, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
