Patna High Court MJC No.10 of 2019(3) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 Director, Bihar State Seed and Organic Certification Agency has passed a reasoned order dated 01.01.2019, but since the claim of the petitioners has been rejected, they be granted liberty to challenge the said order dated 01.01.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.
