2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 823 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 63C of 2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
