2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 302 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that it is a case of consensual sex. The petitioner in in jail since 30.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
