2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 744 of 2023 dated 18.10.2023 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307 and 379 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Heard both the sides, perused the FIR, injury report of the informant and the order of the trial court rejecting the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.
4. In the facts and circumstances of this case, considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioner's the pleas that on the person of the informant, who is

No.2369 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 said to be the sole injured, only one injury is found and the same is attributed to co-accused persons and also coupled with the nature of allegation appearing against this petitioner and his fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 744 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
