It appears that except confessional statement and some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner. Furthermore, petitioner is in jail custody since 4.9.2015 and investigation against him has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dinkar Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned court in Dhangai P.S. Case no. 14/2015.
