JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 25.08.2021, report was called for. In compliance thereof, a report dated 09.09.2021 has been sent by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-17th, Muzaffarpur whereby it has been submitted that the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. The trial can be concluded approximately in six months if court works regularly.

Considering such submission, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.453 of 2017 arising out of Dewaria P.S. Case No.92/2014. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months.

The Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to
