Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.10.2015 on the accusation that he along with other FIR named accused took the informant's son on the pretext to provide job to him but subsequently, petitioner and his associates returned but the informant's son did not return Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that victim was mentally sick and he was in the habit of leaving his house without giving any information to his family members. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5047 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2016 accused Lakhan Chaudhary has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Roh P.S. Case no. 86/2012.
