In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order dated 6.1.2017 passed by Sub Division Officer, Kahalgaon by which he has cancelled the licence of Public Distribution System shop.

In paragraph 12 of the petition the petitioner has made statement that Supply Appeal no. 178 of 2017-18 is pending before the Collector, Bhagalpur.

In such view of the matter, the Collector, Bhagalpur is directed to dispose of the appeal by a reasoned order within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4554 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
