The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Rudal Kumar was apprehended and from his possession, the stolen motorcycle and arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner managed to flee away. The petitioner is in jail since 31.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
