Petitioner was arrested along with five children while the aforesaid children were being carried by the petitioner for getting them employed as bounded labour. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.11.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 938 of 2015.
