In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 405 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 371, 372, 373, 341 of the IPC and section 3,4,5,6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Section 75 of Juvenile Justice Act, Section 8 of POCSO Act and Section 16, 17 and 18 of bonded Labour system (Abolition) Act, 1976.
As per allegation, the accused persons, who were proprietor of an orchestra party used to bring dancing girls from West Bengal for performing dance in that orchestra. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not the proprietor of that orchestra. She is

He has submitted further that proprietor of that orchestra, namely Kumar Gaurav has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 5658 of 2023. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District, Judge VIIth, cum Exclusive special court (POCSO ACT) Patna in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 405 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
(ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application before the court below for cancellation of the bail of the petitioner and the learned court below will take decision in accordance with law.
