JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2026 The instant M.J.C. application has been filed to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 for the disobedience of this court's order dated 17.11.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17682 of 2025.

2. Mr. Satya Vrat, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 submits that order dated 17.11.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17682 of 2025 disobedience whereof has been alleged, has already been compiled with. In this regard, he refers to the order passed by the District Magistrate, filed along with the show-cause as Annexure- P/5 which, according to him, may be perused and the said order is a reasoned one and has been

3. On the other hand, petitioner's counsel submits that the said order was passed behind the back of the petitioner without giving him sufficient opportunity of hearing.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions and having gone through the order of District Magistrate as filed by the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, this court finds that the order dated 17.11.2025 has been complied with and there is no need to initiate contempt proceedings against the said officer. Accordingly, the instant M.J.C. application stands disposed of.

5. However, the petitioner is given a liberty to assail the order of the District Magistrate before the appropriate court/forum in accordance with law.
