The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1589 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S.
