The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019, registered under Section 25(1B)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that the petitioner was apprehended in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019 in which petitioner gave his confessional statement to the effect that one country made pistol and two live cartridges and one empty cartridge are concealed in the garbage near the transformer situated in Tilha Dharmsala. Thereafter, Police personnel went there and seized one country made pistol along with two live cartridges and one empty cartridge from the said

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner was apprehended by the Police in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019, which was instituted against unknown. Thereafter, on recording his confessional statement, the petitioner was remanded in the present case and he also remanded in Civil Line P.S. Case No. 409 of 2019. Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S.
