2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has challenged the selection letter dated 22.09.2018 on the post of Anganbari Sevika.

3. Learned counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that this writ petition is not maintainable directly as under the Rule, the appeal has to be

4. As such, writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Appellate Authority within four weeks. Any delay in filing the said appeal shall be condoned.
