The petitioner-father-in-law of the victim is seeking regular bail in connection with Samho P.S. Case No.33 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that victim has been killed by administering poison. It emerges from paragraph Nos. 56 and 57 of the case diary that there was a quarrel with the husband on account of his illicit relationship with his Bhabhi and that was the reason for her committing suicide.

From the record it appears that the husband of the victim is in jail since 16.10.2015.
