The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No.222 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that the informant Lav Kumar along with his brother Roshan Kumar was present at his door. At that time, Vikash Kumar and Ravindra Kumar (petitioner), who used to reside at the house of their maternal uncle, came there and started to abuse. At that time, Vikash Kumar shot fire through pistol which hit the left shoulder of the informant. When the informant started to flee away, then Vikash Kumar and this

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with Vikash Kumar but it would appear from the F.I.R. that the firing of Vikash Kumar hit the left shoulder of the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.06.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No.222 of 2017.
