The petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 11834/2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 11966/2015 seek bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11834 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 The Block Development Officer, Chakia made allegations that Raghunath Sah, Bhola Prasad, Vijay Sah, Binod Sah and many others came and assaulted the informant as they have got apprehension that the informant might have changed ballot boxes. It is submitted that the petitioners are, of course, named in the F.I.R., but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The informant has made specific allegation against Bhola Prasad and Raghunath Sah. Similarly situated co-accused Kishore Kumar has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Pipra P.S. Case No. 270/2014.
