JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 27-02-2020 The petitioner has challenged the initiation of certification proceeding against him vide Certificate Case No. 104/2001-02, pending before the Certificate Officer, Patna Sadar.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to file his objection petition before the concerned Certificate Officer.

3. Should such an objection petition be filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.7141 of 2017 dt.27-02-2020 2/2 within a period of three weeks positively, the concerned Certificate Officer shall be under an obligation to entertain the same and disposed it off by a reasoned order within a further period of four weeks.

4. Till such time, the objection petition is disposed off, let no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

5. If the petitioner at all fails to file any objection petition within the stipulated time, the concerned Certificate Officer would be at liberty to proceed against him in the matter.

6. The aforesaid order would be implemented only if the proceedings have already not concluded.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
