The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one countrymade pistol and cartridges were recovered and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 25.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 51⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional
