This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 26(i)(ii)(iii) and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of fire arms. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that except this case there is one more case of the year 2010. the petitioners are in jail since 26.11.2014.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 (G.R. Case No. 2490 of 2014) to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of each of the petitioners shall be a close relative, who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioner(s) shall not indulge in such activity further and if he/they indulge(s), then, the deponent must inform the Court about the indulgence of the petitioner(s) and the Court below, itself, shall proceed to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner(s).
