In this case, the petitioners have submitted that this case is governed by the judgment dated 11.08.2015 in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 which relates to retrenched persons of Non-Formal Supervisor and Non-Formal Instructors which ultimately succeeded up to the Honb'le Apex Court in S.L.P. No. 32079 of 2015 but, in the present case, from Annexure-1 itself, it appears that the petitioners were neither appointed as a Supervisor nor Instructor.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17612 of 2018 dt.26-11-2018 2/2 In that view of the matter, the case of the petitioners are not governed by the aforesaid judgment passed in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 and S.L.P. No. 32079 of 2015.
