2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the judgment dated 23.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 20048 of 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical inadvertence, the date "23.11.2006" has wrongly been mentioned in paragraph 2 of the judgment dated 23.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 20048 of 2013.

4. In the above of the matter, let date "23.11.2006" as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the judgment dated 23.08.2018 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.28 of 2019 dt.13-02-2019 2/2 CWJC No. 20048 of 2013 be corrected to read as "23.01.2006" in place of "23.11.2006".
