The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 171 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended along with Chandan Kumar and Gore Kumar. One anesthetic medicine and syringe were recovered besides dress of C.R.P.F from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted that no arms and ammunitions were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated accused namely Gore Kumar and Chandan Kumar have already been enlarged on bail in Cr. Misc. No. 9772 of 2015 and Cri. Misc. No. 9573 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above

No.11259 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada Town P.S.
