JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order /orders, in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondents to regularize the settlement of Plot No.8M/89, situated at Bahadurpur, Patna, which was earlier allotted by the respondent authority vide Letter No. 2335/Aa dt. 10/9/91 under S.T. quota and further to give possession of the same to the petitioner after making agreement of the said plot."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.869 of 2020(3) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
