2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rupauli (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.292 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385, 504, 506 and 327 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is said that some criminals have arrived in a field and one Chandan Yadav and Sushil Yadav fired upon the prosecution side which did not hit anyone. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2023 and is accused in six more criminal cases. Similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Medo Harijan has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1945 of 2024 vide order dated 18.01.2024.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as also the period of his custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rupauli (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.292 of 2022.
5. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Rupauli (Mohanpur) Police Station, District- Purnea on every Sunday of the month.
