JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 At the outset, Mr. Kamal Kishore Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application saying that both the parties are looking for a compromise in the matter.

While allowing the petitioner to withdraw this application, this Court directs that until a compromise is reached the petitioner will not avoid the payment on the ground of talk of a compromise. He will abide by the judgment of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya.
