JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioenr no. 1 happens to be father-in -law and petitioern no. 2 is elder brother-in-law of the deceased. Admittedly, the marriage of the deceased had taken place five years ago and she spent her married life at her in-laws house. The first information report reflects that the husband of the deceased used to torture her. Moreover, except some minor injuries, no injuries were found on the person of the deceased. Some minor injuries are not the cause of the death of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7965 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 341 of 2014.
