2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 87, 137(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Prosecution case, in brief, is that 15 years old daughter of the informant had gone to school on 05.07.2024 but she did not return and when her family members started searching for her, they came to know that these petitioners kidnapped her.
